Recently I have had several contacts with your customer service and repair staff. I am 70 and spent 30 years in customer service at Loury, so I know a little about it. The latest episode is just another example of people who can and will get it done. At about 3:15 p.m. my chair died in the King S. lot. I can't walk so I hitch-hiked my way home about 8 blocks away. I had to abandon my chair where it sat. I was terrified it would be stolen and leave me without transportation. I called your office and the lady in customer service took charge and action at once. In less than 10 minutes she called me back to advise me a mechanic was on his way. Shortly thereafter he called me for directions to my chair. He located it, brought it back to me, and advised me of the problem. I have never in all my years experienced a more professional, caring, and committed group of people. There's no amount of money can buy what those folks did for me. Please express my sincere thanks.

Steve and I could not have been more pleased with the help and kindness we received from Tracy and Scott to help Steve acquire a re-hab chair! I recently contacted Damian in Colorado about purchasing some footrests for an older wheelchair we had bought recently for one of our clients. Damian was extremely helpful, looking up the serial number for the wheelchair, pricing the footrests for me, and even offered to deliver them so we did not have to pay for postage. Damian demonstrated a degree of customer service that is rare to find these days. "A couple of weeks ago my husband and I took my Jazzy powerchair into your company for an estimate and repair. We had previously been given an estimate of $2200 to fix the powerchair from another company, as well as, having the other company trying - with high pressure tactics - to sell us another powerchair. I then contacted my nurse case manager for assistance and was given the name of your company and the local branch located in Wilsonville, OR to get a second opinion. After calling for an appointment, we met with the staff at the Willsonville branch and were so impressed with their honesty and fair treatment, that we felt that recognition was due from the main company to the Wilsonville branch for their excellent service.

At our appointment time we were met by both the repair technician and a sales representative. When we explained that we were not in the market to buy a new powerchair at that time (even though I have a doctor's order for a chair - we felt if we could repair the one we had it would save my insurance company a lot of money). The sales representative was courteous and respected our decision to not look at a new powerchair with the reassurance that we could come back any time we needed. The repair technician, Mark A., then checked out my powerchair on his specialized equipment and found it was operating at full capacity and needed no repair at all! He explained why the chair was making a clicking noise, and the methods and equipment he used to test it and reinforced that it tested fine and needed no repairs. We have had the chair home with us now for a couple of weeks and it continues to operate smoothly and we were very reassured that the chair was fine and small clicking sounds were normal.

Your staff, at the Wilsonville branch, were always courteous, respectful, and honest - a refreshing change from the last company we dealt with. Please accept our thanks and pass on to Mark and the rest of the staff our appreciation for their kindness. We have already told my case manager and she was also thrilled to learn of your honesty and will continue to recommend your company in the future. Thank you again."

“My name is John B and recently I bought a Ti-lite ZR wheelchair from your company and wanted to talk to you about one of your employees who went beyond the call of duty for me. I had been having the hardest time getting the chair in the first place and was ready to pull the plug on the whole thing, when things finally went through. My new chair had arrived and that same day I had a family emergency in Las Vegas and needed to leave town immediately. I talked to Josh Dickerson - it would be a couple of days before you could assemble my chair. I explained my situation and Josh put me at the top of the list. We received a referral on a brother and sister, they both suffer from “disorders of mitochondrial metabolism” – resulting in multiple seizures a day and intense muscle pain at night. When I called their Mom to schedule their evaluations, she stated that her insurance would be terminated in two weeks – do we think that we can accomplish this? I confirmed with Janna that an authorization could be obtained –then Robert was there the next day. The team in COP took the order from there and ran with it; each person that touched this order went above and beyond to help make this happen.
