Increased member satisfaction.
Throughout the process, from initial intake through delivery, we keep everyone involved and informed. We have an over 95% first time customer satisfaction record rating that reflects a level of quality and thoroughness unequalled in our industry. Our goal is always first time quality, because we know that doing it right the first time results in satisfied customers.
Improved member compliance
The best outcomes can only be achieved with a proper evaluation that includes not only a client’s physical needs, but their social and environmental needs as well. Our certified ATPs select the appropriate products and insure they meet the client’s expectations. At United Seating & Mobility, we do this in a way that provides the most appropriate, cost-effective solution to meet your members’ needs. We spend whatever time is necessary to then train and educate each client and document those results. Finally we review any outcomes that are less than satisfactory with our seating and mobility specialist to continuously improve our service.
Reduced liabilities
Our ATPs have an average of 15 years experience providing complex wheelchairs and seating solutions. They are product application experts uniquely qualified to manage and reduce both the costs and liability associated with member re-hospitalization due to pressure sores or other issues that arise from improperly fitted mobility systems.
United Seating & Mobility believes that continuous improvement and education are fundamental to our success. Since our inception, we have been accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). We provide continuous education to all our staff and outside CEU education to Clinicians and Case Managers.
Professional support
United provides written clinical documentation whenever required to support the provision of complex wheelchair and seating systems. Our staff clinicians are available to answer any questions you might have regarding medical justification.
Investing in your members, not TV ads
We believe that the best mobility solutions and services are initiated in a clinical setting – not from a TV ad. In fact, TV advertising has created an overuse of consumer power products. People often end up obligated to an inappropriate choice, jeopardizing the access to the right solution. At United, we choose to invest in the skilled professionals, local facilities, inventories and support services we know your members need to thrive. These services include a broad range of evaluation products such as positioning simulators and pressure mapping devices that help assure the best technology choices and outcomes. In order to deliver the best service possible, we stock parts for the products we provide in our national parts depot. It’s all in the effort to make sure each individual gets a personalized approach that works.
Trucare service promise
As part of our continued commitment to our customers, we provide labor at no charge for any warranty parts within one year of purchase, free annual preventive maintenance and a 3-year growth guarantee on the frame of all pediatric manual wheelchairs. Our satisfaction guarantee is simple: “If it’s not right, we will make it right or replace it free of charge.”
