At United Seating & Mobility, our number one priority is helping you select the right products. However, if you do need to return an item, please review our return policy first.
Most items are returnable for a refund less the shipping cost and manufacturers re-stocking fee if applicable. All items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your equipment. The item must be unused and still in their original packaging. To return an item, please call us at 1-877-876-5332 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that some products cannot be returned because of health and sanitary reasons. A USM team member will contact you with a RA number and shipping instructions for your return. We will also help you determine the best method for shipping your return. PLEASE DON’T SEND A PACKAGE BACK WITHOUT A RA NUMBER!
To receive your credit, items must be shipped within 10 days from the day the RA number and shipping information were provided. If an order is canceled after the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies. You will need to accept delivery of the item, obtain an RA number and ship the item back to the manufacturer. If delivery of an item is refused, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit. Once the item is received, we will refund the credit card used for with the purchase. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be issued within 30 days.
