Kudos to Tasha with United Seating

Story submitted by Sue: I received a phone call from a customer in Pittsburgh.  Her name is Lisa and she has muscular dystrophy and had ordered a Permobil C500 Wheelchair.  Central Order Processing received her order to process the first of June.  Her insurance denied the order, after three appeals the denial was overturned! (Right down to the headlights!)  Lisa wrote the third appeal letter herself and her chair was ordered.

Lisa called to make sure that Tasha received recognition for her part in the process.  I talked with Lisa for 20 minutes and she had nothing but positive things to say about Tasha and how she loved working with United Seating & Mobility versus the owners before us (at that specific location).  She commented about how professional, smart, intuitive and very responsive that Tasha was and she appreciated all the hard work and help with the doctor’s office. 

If Lisa was closer - she would drive over and give Tasha a BIG HUG, so she asked me to hug her for her!  Tasha has changed duties in COP, but kept with this client until the end.  Tasha is a great asset to the COP team and to United Seating!  Go Tasha!
